Graeme is the founder of Open Door and established the business in the summer of 2012. Since then, his team has sold more than £50 million of properties to local residents with an average selling time of 6 weeks.
Prior to founding Open Door, Graeme worked for several estate agencies in the area as well as an auction house which covered the “north” of England. He consequently has extensive property knowledge and became a qualified member of the National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers in 2012.
Karen is the office manager of Open Door Retford and has been working for the company since 2013.
Prior to joining Open Door, Karen worked in finance and administration roles for a well-known local car dealership for more than 20 years.
Karen’s primary responsibilities include contract management, sales progression and financial control. So if you need a bill paying or want to know the status of a sale, she’s the person to call!
Jacky is a self-employed sales executive who has been working for the company since the spring of 2016.
Prior to working for Open Door, Jacky worked for several other agencies over a 20-year period and has her own successful textile business called Coach House Interiors. Outside work, she can normally be found looking after or riding her beloved horse “Chico”.
Affectionately known in the office as “Marple”, Jacky specialises in identifying houses for Open Door’s vendors to buy. So if you need a new home but can’t find anything on the market yet, let Jacky know and she’ll start hunting for you.
James joined Open Door in the spring of 2015 to help develop and grow the company's franchise network.
Prior to joining Open Door, James worked as a management consultant in London and counts Shell, Lloyds, Barclaycard and Thames Water among his previous clients.
Often "out and about" meeting potential franchisees, James' knowledge of service stations on the M1 and A1 is second-to-none. Test him if you like!
